🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Naomi 6 week body challenge has literally been a game changer for me, after two babies and far too much takeaway my fitness and self esteem were at an all time low and my waistline an all time high!!
The sessions are great, different every time and tailored you individual needs.
The nutrition side of things is more than sustainable and I’ve learnt so much about food, I enjoy cooking again.
The results in such a short space of time are fantastic and I will continue working with Naomi to get my body back to where it was pre children!
Have really enjoyed the 6 week challenge and I’m delighted with the results ! Naomi is amazing so encouraging and enthusiastic . She makes each session different and interesting and you feel you have used every part of your body. The nutritional side has completely changed my outlook on food . Wow! What can I say? Naomi has been amazing on my fitness journey. I completed the 6 week challenge and my results were amazing. Wow…. just finished my 6 week challenge and it’s changed my life for the better. FOOD – I had no idea what I should and shouldn’t be eating and also had no idea I was eating so much fat and carbohydrates. Now everything is balanced and I feel so much better for it. I’m never hungry because I’m eating the right things now, and actually eating more than before!
Naomi is amazing she keeps every session fun and different, and I really enjoy every session, it also helps that all the ladies support and encourage each other.
I have biopolar disorder, And I was in a real rutt before starting. Since exercising it’s improved my mental health 1000% and I’m also sleeping so much better.

I have just finished my 6 week challenge and I really couldn’t be happier with my results. I have lost 18lbs and 51cm in the 6 weeks and feel amazing!
I decided to take on the challenge after many failed attempts to loose weight and become fitter. I hadn’t really done much exercise for a long time and was really out of shape. I had just got married and was at a stage in my life where I wanted to start a family but felt my weight and fitness levels were holding me back.
I was a really nervous to start but Naomi and all of the amazing women in group were so welcoming. The training sessions are really varied and fun. I can see my fitness levels and strength improving week on week. Naomi is a brilliant coach and really knows her stuff. The diet is sensible and easy to follow too.
I have recently completed my 6 week challenge and I am so pleased with the results, I have also learnt how to eat healthier and make better choices when it comes to food. I feel happier, stronger and healthier.
I have really enjoyed the work outs, a good mix of things each session and meeting the new members.
I am taking up a membership to continue my journey as I still have a way to go but this last 6 weeks has given my that kick start I’ve needed.

I have just finished my 6 week challenge with Naomi and I am absolutely thrilled with my results! I have been into fitness for quite a while now but have always had that ‘skinny fat’ look. Naomi gave me brilliant nutritional advice that was so easy to follow. That advice paired with Naomi’s wide variety of both cardio and strength workouts at her bootcamps has resulted in me losing fat in all the right places and I’m looking so much more defined and I’m even starting to see abs!
Not only am I for the first time starting to like what I see when looking in the mirror, but my fitness levels have increased immensely! My endurance has improved, my minutes/mile when running has come down on average by more than a minute and I’ve got my first pull-up after years and years of trying! It’s safe to say that I will definitely continue training with Naomi
I have just completed the 6 week BodyBlast challenge with Naomi. I have lost cm’s off my body and toned already. Naomi’s coaching and support during sessions and on line through the Facebook group and messaging has been amazing.
Prior to starting the challenge I hadn’t trained for several months, I was nervous and apprehensive about meeting Naomi and participating in the challenge and training with other ladies. Naomi instantly put me at ease. Her coaching is spot on, she pushes you when you need but also scales to your ability. The group are amazingly supportive too.
With the support of Naomi, my self confidence and self belief are returning and I am proud of what I have achieved in 6 weeks. If you feel nervous or apprehensive about joining Naomi please give it a try, you won’t regret it.

My body has completely changed, I’ve lost the ‘mum tum’ and I am starting to see definition. This wouldn’t have been possible without Naomi, she ensured the sessions were adapted to my needs and was conscience of ab separation. She made sure I pushed myself enough, but done so safely! I tried to work out at home following an online program and injured my back so finding Naomi has been invaluable, not only to me but my family. My partner and kids have got their happy mummy back. Plus they get to come training and join in if they want, who could ask for more.
I have met an amazing bunch of ladies, we all inspire each other, at sessions and on our accountability group. I genuinely look forward to going and can’t wait until the next one.
