How many people do you have in each class?
All of our classes inside The Stables are small group classes with a maximum of 10 people in each class. This ensures that you get the standard of coaching you deserve and get the very most out of every class. Your safety is paramount and with small class sizes the coach can have eyes on the whole room throughout.
I've never exercised before - will I be able to keep up?
Absolutely! All of our Stables classes are designed to be suitable for any level of fitness, age and ability. Every workout and exercise can be scaled down (or up) to ensure you get the best workout for you. Our expert coaches are there to guide you through the movements and find the right level for you. You’ll be amazed how quickly your strength and fitness builds too!
I'm very overweight and nervous about starting!
It is very normal to feel nervous about starting something that means a lot to you. I promise you are not alone in this! Most people who start are very nervous about their first session. With our small class sizes, super friendly coaches and community of members you’ll be bouncing out the door excited to come back for your second session!
