Am I fit enough to join in a class?
Absolutely! Classes are all designed for you to be able to work at your own level. 100% of what you can give is all we ever ask. We have a wide range of ages and abilities all training together as one happy family.
How do I book a trial class?
Use the BOOK NOW! button above or click on any of the classes in the timetable to go through to our booking system GoTeamUp, follow the instructions and book your free trial class at a time convenient to you.
What do I need to bring?
Just yourself and a bottle of water. Everything else is provided.
What do I need to wear?
Comfy training clothes; leggings or tracksuit bottoms, sports bra and comfy top, trainers.
What equipment do you use?
We have a wide range of equipment for use in our classes. Functional fitness is our priority so we use a variety of free weights like dumbells, kettlebells, resistance bands, sandbags, slam-balls, skipping ropes to name a few. Plus of course our own bodies! You will be taught safe movement of every exercise we do at the start of every class.
What if I have a previous/on-going injury?
Classes can be adapted for all so if you have any current or ongoing conditions that effect your movements speak to a coach and they can provide you an alternative exercise.
