Have really enjoyed the 6 week challenge and I’m delighted with the results ! Naomi is amazing so encouraging and enthusiastic . She makes each session different and interesting and you feel you have used every part of your body. The nutritional side has completely changed my outlook on food . I have just finished my 6 week challenge with Naomi at Discover Personal Training and I really couldn't be happier with my results. I have lost 18lbs and 51cm in the 6 weeks and feel amazing! I decided to take on the challenge after many failed attempts to loose weight and become fitter. I hadn't really done much exercise for a long time and was really out of shape. I had just got married and was at a stage in my life where I wanted to start a family but felt my weight and fitness levels were holding me back. I was a really nervous to start but Naomi and all of the amazing women in group were so welcoming. The training sessions are really varied and fun. I can see my fitness levels and strength improving week on week. Naomi is a brilliant coach and really knows her stuff. The diet is sensible and easy to follow too. I highly recommend Discover personal training and Naomi. I really didnt think I could do it and I'm now really excited to see what can achieve with Naomi's help going forward!
Naomi is such a fantastic coach and I can’t thank her enough for how much she has helped me in my health and fitness journey. I never thought I would enjoy the training sessions as much as I do but Naomi always changes things up and no 2 sessions are ever the same so it definitely keeps you interested! Her advice on nutrition and eating habits has helped no end and after being a yo-yo dieter for years I now feel like I am more control of my eating and not so ‘on’ or ‘off’ anymore and just learning to eat more normally. So thank you Naomi for all your support and help and for always pushing me that bit more!
