SMALL GROUP PT
Do you have a friend or partner who you love training with and want to achieve the same great results from 1-2-1 training but share the experience and cost with a buddy? Our small group sessions are still tailored to your own specific goals but with the added fun of having someone there to train with. You don’t have to be the same ability as your coach will adjust sessions to suit you both/all.
SKILL SPECIFIC TRAINING
If you have a certain area you want to improve on or have a specific race or sporting event you are training for our skill specific personal training sessions are exactly what you need. Olympic lifting, gymnastic movements like pull-ups and muscle ups or power lifting are fun to do and fantastic for improving your strength, coordination,
power, speed and agility.
