SMALL GROUP Personal Training

Do you have a friend or partner who you love training with? You can achieve the same great results from 1-2-1 training but share the experience and cost with a buddy! Our small group sessions are tailored to your specific goals but add the fun of having someone to train with. You don’t have to be the same ability or have the same goals as your coach will adjust sessions to suit you both.

SKILL SPECIFIC TRAINING

Do you have a certain area you want to improve on? How about a race or sporting event you are training for? Then our skill specific personal training sessions are exactly what you need! Learn olympic weightlifting, gymnastic movements like pull-ups and muscle ups. Build incredible strength with power lifting. Improving your strength, coordination, power, speed and agility with fun, focused personal training. Whatever your goals, one of our dedicated coaches will design personalised programs to get you to the top of your game.
