By combining cardio, body-weight and free-weight exercises, this fast paced class will help you grow muscle, build endurance, and put your metabolism to work. With small groups of up to 8 members in a class, our coaches can spend plenty of time focusing on individual strengths and weakness. Classes can be adapted to suit every fitness level. From experienced gym goer to complete first timer, you will be supported to give 100% of what YOU can give!

StrongFit

Incorporating slower paced strength exercise, lifting and shifting heavy odd objects with cardio intervals to help you build lean muscles. While you may not have seen some of the equipment used before, this class is still suitable for all abilities and our expert coaches will guide you every step of the way. Leave feeling empowered and stronger than ever. An awesome start to your weekend guaranteed!

Exercise

With unlimited access to classes throughout the 6 weeks you can really take advantage of the huge benefits of exercise, from increased lean muscle mass, increased daily calorie burn, huge endorphin boosts, boosts in energy throughout the day and much more! During the 6 week challenge we like members to attend a minimum of 3 classes a week. You’ll be amazed at the progress you can make in your strength and fitness levels in just 6 weeks! Coaches will push you in a gentle but encouraging way to get the most out of your sessions.

Accountability

Unlike most gyms, if you don’t show up for class, we will be checking in on you and keeping you accountable to sticking to your routine. You will have constant contact with your coach throughout the 6 weeks to fire any questions or concerns at them. With weekly check-ins and measurements we can make sure you are making consistent progress and tweak this straight away if needed. Not only that, but you will make friends for life who will help support your journey through the 6 weeks and beyond!
